Simple PIR motion sensor circuit

Motion sensor circuit simple

Needed
PIR motion
LED
1K resister
BC547 transistor
12 v battery or power pack
1N4007 diode

Now the time for circuit design

The led was blink when the motion detector detects some think.

Motion detectors range

Up to 10 meters at an angle of ± 15 degrees. The PIR (Passive-Infrared) Sensor functions in the same way as an outdoor light with a motion detector and reacts to movements made by objects that radiate heat (people and animals). The switching threshold can be set from between 0% and 100%.

How the motion detector working

There are two popular types of passive motion sensor. These are mostly found in residential homes. Passive infrared motion detectors (PIR) detect emitted infrared energy = given off by humans and animals in the form of heat. When there is a sudden increase in infrared energy, an alarm is sounded.

Resistor working method

Devices called resistors let us introduce precisely controlled amounts of resistance into electrical circuits. ... Photo: A typical resistor used in an electronic circuit. It works by converting electrical energy into heat, which is dissipated into the air

Stresses exceeding the absolute maximum ratings may damage the device. The device may not function or be operable above the recommended operating conditions and stressing the parts to these levels is not recommended. In addition, extended exposure to stresses above the recommended operating conditions may affect device reliability. The absolute maximum ratings are stress ratings only. Values are at TA = 25°C unless otherwise noted.

Arduino colour sensor and servo pro

Colour sensor with servo project Making All we need for this project is one color sensor (TCS3200) and two hobbyist servo motors, which makes this project quite simple but yet very fun to build it. In the first place, using the Solidworks 3D modeling software I made the design of the color sorter and here’s its working principle Initially, the colored skittles which are held in the charger drop into the platform attached on the top servo motor. Then the servo motor rotates and brings the skittle to the color sensor which detects its color. After that the bottom servo motor rotates to the particular position and then the top servo motor rotates again till the skittle drop into the guide rail. Connecting method The code is below /* Arduino Project - Color Sorting Machine * * by Dejan Nedelkovski, www.HowToMechatronics.com * */ #include <Servo.h> #define S0 2 #define S1 3 #define S2 4 #define S3 5 #define sensorOut 6 Servo topServo; Servo b...

Capacitors do not play an important role in DC circuits because it is impossible for a steady current to flow across acapacitor. If an uncharged capacitor is connected across the terminals of a battery of voltage then a transient current flows as the capacitor plates charge up. Diode in this circuit for.
